Day 62 of my 100 Day Transformation Journey | Core & Lower Back Workout
Aaj maine core aur lower back workout train kiya — aur honestly, abs workout mujhe sabse boring lagta hai 😅
Lekin transformation journey me consistency sabse important hai.
Today’s Workout Routine:
Back Extensions (Lower Back) – 3 sets
Side Bends (Obliques & Spine Movement)
Back Round Lifts (Lower Back Strength & Mobility) – 3 sets
Core Rotations – 3 sets
Decline Crunches (Abs) – 3 sets
Kal biceps workout miss ho gaya tha, toh aaj cover kiya:
Preacher Curls – 3 sets
Dumbbell Curls – 3 sets
Workout ke baad steps complete karne ke liye walk bhi kiya.
Ghar aake book reading complete ki — aur pura din office ke kaam me nikal gaya (month end grind).
This is not a perfect day — but still showed up.
Day 62/100 — Consistency is greater than motivation
