Welcome to Day 70 of my 100-Day Transformation. Dekhte hi dekhte 70 days poore ho gaye hain aur ab sirf 1 mahina bacha hai mere Birthday mein! Target set hai aur intensity badhne wali hai.
Aaj ka focus tha Lower Back Strengthening aur Cross Training par. Purane injury darr ko khatam karne ke liye ye session bahut zaroori tha.
Today’s Workout Highlights:
Lower Back: Hyper-extensions (3 Sets) for a solid foundation.
Spine Mobility: Side Bends (Body is feeling much more flexible now!).
Cross Training: Performing different animal movements—thoda funny lagta hai gym mein sabke samne karna, par functional strength ke liye best hai! 🐒🔥
Cardio: Finished the day with a 40-minute brisk walk.
Body flexible ho rahi hai aur excitement badh rahi hai kal ke liye. Birthday tak ek naya version dikhana hai! 🚀
