Bleeding Gums 101

What is gingivitis or periodontitis and what does this have to do with braces? Is it normal for my teeth to bleed or my gums to bleed when I brush and floss? Why do gums get puffy with braces? Why do I get bad breath with braces? In this week’s episode, we will discuss why your gums are puffy and bleed when you brush / floss, the impact this can have your braces journey and some treatments you can do to prevent these problems from occurring.
