In summary, this is a video about how to tell if you have disordered eating - recapping my own experience then sharing information from BEAT (beating eating disorders) which I'm raising money for! I'll run thorough some general questions you need to ask yourself and answer truthfully & also will share some warning signs as outlined by a helpful lady for me from an ED charity.
