Should I use a heat protectant when I use hooded dryers or steamers?
- Yes, your hair should not be product free when using a hooded dryer or a steamer

What about flat irons?
- I personally have only flat ironed my hair twice since I’ve been natural. It is really hard to avoid heat damage if you flat iron your hair especially if you flat iron your hair consistently.
