Cold Weather Service Advice for Lift Arm Bearing & Grease Zerk tried to cobble a video together to let everyone know I'm alive. The video was made pre-surgery.
I'm post surgeries and a bit sore but I'm chopping at the bit to get back to it. The Doc and wife both have threatened to scrap my equipment if I so much as touch any of them.🤕
Spinal Stenosis in a nut shell is the narrowing of the spinal canal and can pinch the spinal cord and the spinal nerves radiating from the spine. This could have a multitude of bad effects on any organs or muscles.

This video was done while under massive pain so I'm not so sure how the continuity of the video well be.
