The Crimes of Theodore Johnson

On December 15th 2016, police were called to the Cheshunt railway station in Hertfordshire, England after reports came in that a man had thrown himself in front of an oncoming train. The investigation that followed revisited the crimes of one man. They spanned 35 years.
