Nakasendo Road Hike, Part 2

We continue our walk along the road that was constructed in 1602 by the Tokagawa Shogunate to consolidate their power. Known as the Nakasendo Road, it connects Kyoto to Tokyo, then known as Edo. In this chapter, we stop for tea at Watanabe's Free tea House and visit the beautiful Odaki-Medaki waterfalls.
