Pike Compressions - Hip/Low Back pain relief

One leg and with both legs.

Start with one leg for 12-20 reps and get that down comfortably for both sides before doing 12-20 reps with both legs at the same time.

Try to focus on staying up right and not leaning back to make the movement easier. You may not be perfect with it, but if you focus on it you will atleast lean back less.

It is better to have less height off the ground with your legs with an upright posture than more height off the ground while cheating the movement and leaning back.

The further you move your hands outward, the more difficult the movement will be.

Control it and include a slight pause at the top if possible.
