The Technique:
Stick your near arm straight out with the tricep fully flexed. Take your far arm and scoop under the chest grabbing the wrist. Twist and blow out all your air. Give a slight angle while squeezing your chest and bicep simultaneously. Keep your elbows pinned in with absolutely no gap showing. Keep the chest high throughout the entire hold. That scoop combined with the squeeze and no gap between the arms is what creates the chest thickness and depth that separates a competitive side chest from an elite one.
