New Year's Mochi Soup (Ozōni) #recipe #shorts

What do you eat during the New Year's holiday? One of the traditional dishes Japanese people enjoy is Ozōni (お雑煮). My new year doesn’t start until I have ozoni, and somehow, I only crave Ozōni in January.

Ozōni Soup Recipe
Serves 2-3

4 cups dashi
2 tbsp soy sauce (usukuchi shōyu)
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
