HOW TO MAKE SHIRATAMA DANGO:
100g shiratamako
100ml water
1 tablespoon matcha
1 tablespoon sugar
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Combine shiratamako, sugar and matcha.
3. Add water and mix until it reaches an earlobe-like texture.
4. Form them into small disks.
5. Drop them into boiling water. Once they float on the surface, they're done!
6. Enjoy!
