We’re going to talk about 10 things that you can focus on to get good at game.

1. You have to know exactly how you wanna game or else your game won't come across congruent and you won't know what direction to take. When you know exactly how you wanna game, and how women will react, your brain will make sure it happens.

Your servo mechanism will notice the good things and eliminate the bad by steering you out of those actions.

2. Bring out the inner child through self-amusement and a lack of fear, but don't forget about your masculinity.

3. Cultivate a relaxed mentality. People who are tense and bitter aren't relaxed. They have a racing mind. Slow down more. Feel your breath. Feel the tingling sensation in your body and feel at ease.

4. Be polarizing. One moment, display an emotion and the next display another one. Keep your target in her heels. One second push her with a tease or backhanded compliment, and the next second bring her to you with a loving embrace. One day show her a lot of attention, and the next remove it. Push/pull hot/cold.

5. Add silence. Learn to be at ease with silence. Use silence to create sexual tension.

6. Selective Exposure. Don't let her get to know you at that moment. Expose certain parts of yourself. When she asks you a question, answer in an ambiguous way that causes her to ask more. Be ambiguous. Talk less, listen more. Don't let them get to know you. Let them interpret you.

7. Be present. Do everything with purpose. Don't do things half-assed.

8. Use emotion rather than a conscious effort to change behavior.

9. Slow down - your movement, speech, seduction.

10. Realize the process of game.
