Friends!💓 It has been such a long time. We have been feeling quite detached from the real world (and it's not because of COVID). In this video, I share my morning routine and talk with Seth about why we began a social media cleanse. We find that the more time we spend away from our screens, the more time we have to build practices that truly cater to our spirits and highest selves. We hope you enjoy this video and that it encourages you to question how you spend the start of your days as well as how you spend your time on social media.
