Honey harvest in 11 weeks! Can you believe it? At 6 weeks the flow hive was slower than the top bar hive, but it seems that I checked it a couple days too soon. By the end of week seven the medium box was completely filled so I quickly added the flow frame super. By week 11 I had honey ready to harvest. This was a big surprise to me.

I never expected to have such success in the first year. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the area I live in. It truly is a big blessing.
