Why I Photograph? - Episode 1

When I was facilitating a photography workshop at Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design & Technology recently, I wanted to make my students understand why photographers make images and why they need to articulate the thought to themselves. So I requested several photographers to explain why they photograph, and Menty Jamir, Dinesh Khanna and Shivya Kochar responded. I hope several others will and that I will make several episodes of 'Why I Photograph'?
