Eggless Choco Vanilla Cake Without Oven | How To Make Choco Vanilla Cake In Kadhai | Arunima Bakes

Vanilla Sponge Batter:
Milk - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Refined Oil - 1/3 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/4 cup
Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - A Pinch

Take out less than half of the batter in another batter and add in cocoa powder. Whisk well to form a smooth chocolate cake batter.

Grease a 6 or 7 inch tin with oil and pour half batter on one side and the other half that is chocolate batter on the other side and run a tooth pick in circular motions so that both of the batter gets mixed a little bit.

To bake without an oven, in a kadhai place a stand and cover with a lid. Keep on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
Once preheated, remove the lid from kadhai and place the tin. Then close the lid again and bring the heat to low medium. Let the cake cook in the kadhai for approximately 40 minutes.
Check with a skewer and it should come out clean. The choco vanilla cake is now ready.

For filling the cake - Dark Chocolate Ganache:
Chopped Dark Compound - 100 gms
Fresh Cream - 50 gms
.
For Frosting:
Sweetened Whipping Cream (chilled) - 1 cup
.
.
For Soaking - Simple Syrup
Water - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 2 Tbsp
.
