Toes to Bar Tip: Are you using your swing to its full advantage?

Athletes try to force the speed of toes to bar reps, by going as fast as possible.

This happens when the athlete tries to "muscle" through the set, rather than using technique & taking advantage of the kip swing.

⭐️Instead, use your swing & gravity to your advantage.

When you move through a full range of motion in your kip, you can actually swing your legs up to the bar, which requires less energy output, and will prolong fatigue.

After making contact with the bar, extend your legs straight & draw a "half-circle" in the air with your toes.

Allowing your legs to "fall", lets gravity dictate the speed of your reps, and makes it easier to maintain a consistent rhythm & movement pattern.
