Celebrating the life of Rev. Dr. Billy Graham at the Nixon Library

March 2, 2018: Pastors and spiritual leaders headlined tributes to the late Rev. Dr. Billy Graham at the Nixon Library, to coincide with his funeral service in North Carolina.

President Nixon and Rev. Graham were close friends for 44 years. Rev. Graham officiated both First Lady Pat Nixon’s 1993 memorial service and President Nixon’s 1994 state funeral at the Nixon Library. Richard Nixon spoke at a Billy Graham Crusade at Yankee Stadium as Vice President in 1957 and at the University of Tennessee as President in 1970.

Situated on nine rolling acres in Yorba Linda, California, the Richard Nixon Presidential Library & Museum offers visitors an insider’s glimpse into the events, people and world that shaped, and were shaped by, the 37th President.
