Relationship Advice- Should exes stay in contact?

In this video, Zibi and Tito argue if it is right for exes to stay in contact with each other.

Zibi is of the opinion that exes should be focused and committed to their new relationship. This is because a communication between exes might stir up jealousy in the new partner.

On the other hand, Tito feels exes can stay in contact with eachother, so long there are boundaries. Dating should not prevent you from communicating with old relationships.
