Recipe

Step 1: Chipotle Burrito Bombs
Ingredients
* 4 KFC drumsticks
* 4 taco sized tortillas from Chipotle
* Barbacoa
* Black Beans
* Queso
* Corn Salsa
* Hot Salsa
* Guac

1) Preheat your oil to 350 degrees.
2) Griddle tortilla so it’s pliable. Add all the chipotle ingredients in a layer in the middle Place drumstick on top, then fold the tortilla over the drumstick and tie it with cooking twine.
3) Deep fry for 2 minutes, until golden brown.

Equipment
* Griddle
* Cooking twine
* Deep fryer
* Paper towels
* Tongs

Step 2: Pizza Quesarito Bombs
Ingredients
* 4 KFC drumsticks
* 8 taco sized tortillas
* 20 slices pepperoni
* 1 cup Marinara sauce
* 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
* 1 small ramekin garlic parsley butter
* Fresh parm
* Bottle of ranch

1) Griddle the tortillas so they’re pliable. Arrange cheese on one tortilla then top it with another tortilla and add pepperoni and marinara sauce.
2) Fold that over the chicken then tie it with kitchen twine. Fry at 350 degrees for 3 minutes until golden brown. Remove, brush with garlic butter, and eat with ranch.

* Deep fryer
* Griddle
* Kitchen twine
* Pastry brush
* Tongs
* Paper towels
* 2 spoons

Step 3: Dessert Burrito Bombs
Ingredients
* 2 Nestle Drumsticks
* ½ cup hot fudge
* ½ cup marshmallow fluff
* ½ cup peanut butter
* Cinnamon sugar

1) Griddle tortilla so it’s pliable. Add… like whatever the hell you want to it. Wrap it around the Drumstick, tie it with twine, and fry at 375 for 90 seconds.
2) Toss in cinnamon sugar, because why not.

* 3 spoons
* Deep fryer
* Griddle
* Kitchen twine
* Tongs
* Paper towels
