Two car transport lorries driving along Main Country road (not motorway). The lorry driver gives hand signals to wave on following cars. Cars overtake a badly parked car on a corner. Sports car speeds along a deserted road.
A car driving around a wet circuit marked with tyres on an open car park, it skids when cornering. Two Policemen watch. The car continues to drive round. A small group of Policemen gather round a Wolsey Police car with the bonnet open as an instructor indicates engine maintenance. He checks the tyres and pulls out a fire extinguisher. Two cars with "L" plates practice reversing into marked parking bays. One car drives up an incline.
