She was crowned Miss Universe 2008 at the pageant in
the Crown Convention Center, Nha Trang, Vietnam, on July 13, 2008
Dayana :

2 oz Dama Tequila
3/4 oz Orchard Pear Liqueur
2 ½ oz fresh lemon and lime juice
1/4 oz aloe Agave Nectar syrup*
2oz of aloe Vera juice
Garnish
Dry Pear slice
24k GOLD FLAKE on top

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.Strain into a chilled, 10oz Martini glass. Splash of Top Shelf Champagne
*(For homemade aloe agave nectar syrup: ½ cup aloe vera cristals ,1 cup agave negtar,1 1/2 cup water
Wash and dry and peal with a plastic nife the aloe leaf. Combine the sugar and water in a small s
aucepan and heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved.
Reduce the heat to low, add the aloe crystals and simmer very gently for 15 minutes, stirring
occasionally do not boil . Remove from the heat and let cool 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then bottle)
