Heavy rain and wind continues in the Pacific North West, Cars and gas stations under water in Bellingham. Over 6” of rain has fallen since Saturday wreaking havoc on the city and straining city and county workers who are out working the storm. A couple on Iowa’s street head into their business to assess the damage. Water up to 5’ deep and cars totally submerged. The wind coming in with this system could produce up to 55mph and down trees are likely. Most rivers will crest Tuesday afternoon
