'This is Hardcore', Pulp (static pole dance choreography)

my first attempt at directing a team, with limited time and resources. a steep learning curve...

For those of you that have asked:

My favourite home pole is the 45mm stainless steel Lupit

Apparently Lupit's newly developed chrome blend has a superior grip to others on the market, but I have yet to try it...

My favourite grip aid is Dry Hands https://amzn.to/2SqjgYL - grips without compromising on the fluidity of slides and static pole spins, and doesn't leave skin feeling too chalky (eww). Avoid using grip aids frequently during training for maximum benefit when showtime comes :)
