'Lady Grinning Soul', by David Bowie - spinning pole dance choreography

One of my all-time favourite songs. This choreo was shot before Bowie’s untimely departure, but hopefully now stands as some small tribute...

My favourite home pole is the 45mm stainless steel Lupit

Apparently Lupit's newly developed chrome blend has a superior grip to others on the market, but I have yet to try it...

My favourite grip aid is Dry Hands https://amzn.to/2SqjgYL - grips without compromising on the fluidity of slides and static pole spins, and doesn't leave skin feeling too chalky (eww). Avoid using grip aids frequently during training for maximum benefit when showtime comes :)
