Disney is releasing a new Lion King movie, based on King Mufasa. It's an origin story, taking place before Simba, Pumba, Nalah and Timon (and everything we saw in The Lion King)

It's expected release date is 2024, and it's another live action remake of a previous Disney classic..

James Earl Jones is the iconic voice of Simba. Jeremy Irons is the voice of Simba. This is a live action remake of a Disney animated classic.
