Complete coverage of the third individual Men's and Women's event from the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. The RUCK event challenges competitors to complete a 6,000-m run carrying a ruck with escalating weight, starting at 20LB up to 30LB, 40 LB, and 50 LB (same for both men and women).
