Snakes come in all shapes and variations, and spider snakes are one of the rarest in existence. The rule of the jungle is to use everything you have to survive as sometimes even the predators turn prey. The weirdly looking spider-like tail of the venomous snake is just an added adaptation to facilitate ease in hunting. Most birds fall victim as they depend on crawling insects and fish as their livelihood. Seven out of ten birds will be convinced beyond reasonable doubt that this is a spider. Apart from having a spider-like tail, this species has adapted its tail to move in a way you’ll think is alive. Just take a look as it tactfully convinces prey it’s a spider going about its business. Would you even tell the snake in its camouflage, or maybe you thought that was a spider?

One morning in Hamptydoo town, the Northern Territory Park official had a tricky task to capture and rescue this three-eyed snake. The snake had been spotted on the highway by a driver who later informed the park rangers. They went on to discover that it was a baby python who interestingly had three eyes. Its life was short-lived as it died a few days after being rescued. Supposedly the snake had been struggling to capture its prey due to this impairment.

Just as its name suggests, the rainbow snake has vibrant colors that seem so unreal. It has most rainbow colors on its scales, such as red, yellow, black, green, and blue. It almost looks like a mirror reflection of the rainbow. Other than its bright color, the snake is as typical a snake as any other. It's a vicious predator hunting frogs, eels, and even salamanders and has the capability of growing up to 48 inches long.
