Various shots of British officers arriving at HQ, going inside and saluting sentry. German officers arrive. Camera pans to Union Jack flag above doorway. Allied army vehicles pass by in the street outside.
British officer leaves building, followed by the German officers (one of them almost slips over on the first step). The Germans shake hands before being driven off. People watch from the opposite side of the street.
Sentries outside the building present arms and salute as officers approach.
