Typhoon Sanba hit Guangdong, causing floods.

Typhoon Sanba hit the coastal areas of Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province. This is the 16th typhoon this year. The typhoon caused heavy rains and gusts of wind in places. Dozens of cities were affected by the flood. The water level in some places reached as high as the first floor.
