CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN RECIPE

HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN//EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN
In this video i will be sharing my favorite chocolate chip muffin recipe.
These bakery-style muffins are deliciously moist,fluffy and full of chocolate chips .Its really quick and easy to make .
Ingredients
1cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup oil {i use canola oil}
1 cup milk
2tsp vanilla
1tbsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
brown sugar {to sprinkle on top }

Procedure
combine sugar ,butter, oil ,eggs, and vanilla and milk mix together and set aside.
in another bowl combine all purpose flour ,baking soda,baking powder,salt and mix it up
then add gradually in to the liquid ingredients .mix well and lastly add the thocolate chips.
bake in a preheated oven at 210c for 5 mins and then change to 180c for 15 mins
