MOIST CARROT CAKE

MOIST CARROT CAKE
My delicious version of carrot cake . The cake is very moist but not at all oily! Covered in cream cheese frosting and topped with crushed peanuts.so yummy and healthy.

Ingredients:
2 cups a/p flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar/white
440grm/1cup crushed pineapple
1tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1tsp baking soda
32 cups shredded carrots
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1tsp salt

For the Chreamcheese Icing
115grms creamcheese
1/4 cup butter
1tsp vanilla
2cups powdered icing sugar
skinless peanut for toppings/optional
