Octolapse Octopi.txt setup on Raspberry Pi for webcam

I struggled to find how to update Octopi.txt on the raspberry pi. By using putty I was able to update octopi.txt while the SD card was in the raspberry pi. When I tried putting the SD card on my Windows 10 PC it did not show up when the SD card was inserted. I searched the internet for this, but couldn't find a tutorial, so I hope this helps!

Code to type into putty to access octopi.txt: sudo nano /boot/octopi.txt

USB Camera settings, you should list your max resolution: camera_usb_options="-r 1920x1080 -f 15"

Code to change to allow Octolapse to configure the camera
camera_http_webroot="./www"
