I talk a lot about simple living and living with less. If you want to simplify your life, and become (even) happier, minimal living could be a very helpful lifestyle. This is why I love sharing minimalism tips and decluttering tips on this channel. But that's only a part of it, there's so much more to be explored.

In our modern world, which is filled with constant distractions, noise and stimuli, silence can be your ally. It can serve as a reset button, and it can help us to turn within and get to know ourselves better. Only when we are in tune with our inner world, can we shape our life in a way that supports us and those around us.
