Personal knowledge base of a professional

There are so many videos on the web about taking personal notes and appropriate software: Notion, GoogleKeep, OneNote, Obsidian, Roam Research, Evernote, Nimbus, Bear and so on. However, the matter is not in making a beautiful form of your base but in creating a professional instrument for solving problems. Your knowledge base is effective if it impacts solving the problem.
