NOT Spinning, NOT Heating Microwave Oven - Fixed it with a WEDGE!

UPDATE"- March 2024. I bought the oven in August 2019, the first time the door switch (KW3A) failed was March 2021 (when I made this video). The new replacement switch failed in March 2024, but this time the wedge didn't work since the switch completely failed.. I used the exact same brand and model door switch. So this time for March 2024, I am using (also a dongnan branded) KW3AT-16 switch. I think all the KW3A door switches are pretty much made by dongnan.
I purchased and use this in March 2024. Comes in a 4 pack Normally Open switch. It's also dongnan branded, but black in color instead of the gray. Only $6 for a 4 pack.

I used this OEM (dongnan branded) in 2021 which failed in 2024. Lasted exactly 3 years. The original lasted only 1 1/2 years.

I can't believe a $2 part completely disables a $150 microwave. If I wasn't handy with repairs, I would have wasted a perfectly good oven. I hope the newer Panasonics have better parts that can last many years instead of just 2 to 3. I've never had a microwave fail so fast in just a year or two or three.

My Panasonic (from Costco) Microwave Oven stopped spinning AND heating. I used a wedge to temporarily fix it.
