EMPANADAS DE PLATANO AMARILLO O MADURO Rellenas de carne de res y queso

En este video comparto cómo hacer las empanadas de plátanos amarillos o maduros con los siete trucos para conseguir las mejores empanadas de plátano amarillo o maduro que podrás comer.

Estas empanadas cuentan con un relleno de filete de carne de res molida y en este video te muestro como moler tu carne de res en casa y también relleno estas deliciosas empanadas con queso mozzarella.

INGREDIENTES:
- 2 Plátanos amarillos o maduros
- 1 Cucharada de sal al gusto
- 1 Cuchara de mantequilla

PARA EL RELLENO
- Queso mozzarella al gusto
- Carne de res filete de costilla premium para moler en casa
- Dientes de ajo al gusto
- Albahaca fresca
- 1 Cebolla mediana
- 1 Manojo de cilantro
- Olivas y alcaparras al gusto
- 1/2 taza de salsa o sofrito de tomate
- 1 Sobrecito de achiote, vija o anato (opcional)
- Oregano, Paprika, Sal y Pimienta al gusto
