Juicy Lucy Burgers Recipe

Burger Ingredients:
1 lb 85% ground beef
3/4 tsp salt
pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Sliced cheddar cheese

Directions: Season the ground beef with the salt, then divide into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into round, flat disks, about 1/8" thick. Season again with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place 3 small slices of cheddar cheese in the center of half the beef patties, then top each one with another beef patty. Crimp well with your fingers to seal.

Cook the burgers on a hot griddle set over medium high heat (or on the grill) for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Serve with the below burger sauce and any desired toppings.

Burger Sauce Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sriracha
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to combine.
