Level Crossings in the UK - 2022

Level Crossings filmed across the UK in May and June, 2022.

First is Mount Pleasant crossing in Southampton, with mechanical bells and GWE barriers.
Next is Ramsbottom level crossing on the East Lancashire Railway, with wooden gates opened mechanically by a wheel from the signal box.
After this is Yaxham Road crossing on the Mid Norfolk Railway.
With a long way to go, we stop by Crediton level crossing in Somerset, with a pair of NRS barriers.
Following this is Exeter level crossing, the biggest in the UK with six tracks!
Afterwards is Worle level crossing in Weston-super-Mare, with NRS barriers.
Then a couple of miles towards Bristol is Hewish level crossing, with a pair of NRS barriers.
After this is Sheringham level crossing on the North Norfolk Railway.
Crossing into Scotland, we see Heatherbell Level Crossing near Coatbridge, Glasgow - recently upgraded with SPX barriers.
Next we see Dunragit crossing near Stranraer, with GWE barriers.
After this is Holywood crossing near Dumfries, with very old and worn wooden gates opened mechanically from the signal box.
Lastly is Cleghorn level crossing near Motherwell, on the West Coast Main Line.
