Earth Seen from Mars Surface – Tiny Blue Dot #shorts

Earth Seen from the Surface of Mars – the breathtaking, real images of our home planet captured by NASA rovers on the Red Planet! 🌍→🪐
From Mars, Earth appears as a bright pinpoint in the evening sky — brighter than any star or planet visible from there. The first photo came from the Spirit rover on March 8, 2004 (sol 63), shortly before sunrise. The most famous view is from Curiosity's Mastcam on January 31, 2014 (sol 529), showing Earth as the brightest object left of center in twilight, with the Moon just below it. A human on Mars would see them as two distinct "stars" with the naked eye.
These images are powerful: no continents, no oceans — just a fragile speck of light against the vastness of space, echoing Carl Sagan's "pale blue dot" reflection. In this video: full-resolution rover photos, annotations, explanations of why Earth looks like a star, comparisons to Venus/Mars views, and the emotional impact of seeing home from another world.
