Welcome to this little FREE Kundalini Yoga video.

The video shows you the yoga set (kriya) called Surya Kriya and is an excerpt from my new Kundalini Yoga app, called Kundalini Yoga. I have added speak to the video after shooting it at the beautiful beach in Northern Denmark.

In this video each exercise is NOT shown in its full length, however, you WILL feel a difference in your body and mind, even if you only practise for 15 minutes.

Recommended time of practise for each exercise is 1 - 3 minutes.

This set of yoga exercises is named after the energy of the sun. It brings in the energy of the sun to help you keep warm, energetic and enthusiastic. It also aids your digestion and helps you hold the weight down. Your mind will feel clear and focused afterwards.
