👇 Ingredients (Serving: 2-3 people):

4 boiled eggs (grated)

2 eggs (raw, for scrambling)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

1 medium tomato (finely chopped)

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 green chilies (chopped)

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp pav bhaji masala

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander (chopped)

Pav (butter-toasted)

👨‍🍳 Making Process:

Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, cook until raw smell goes.

Now add tomatoes and cook till soft. Add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt.

Break in the raw eggs and scramble until cooked.

Add grated boiled eggs and mix everything well. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve hot with butter-toasted pav. A squeeze of lemon and sliced onions on the side enhance the flavor!
