Bruno Mathsson - the Swedish modernist design pioneer
Bruno Mathsson was a Swedish modernist design pioneer, designing bentwood furniture in the 1930's, inspired by architects like Alvar Aalto and Marcel Breuer. In the 60's he started using tubular steel, creating furniture like the Jetson, an early Scandinavian space age chair. In this video we will give you a brief introduction to Bruno Mathsson's life and career.
