My Top 5 Weight Loss Habits ... (this changed everything)

These weight loss habits melted 80 pounds off of me after 4 YEARS of failure trying to lose weight.

After years of attempting to lose weight and PUTTING ON 80 pounds, I have finally been able to find the problem and it had 10% do to with diet and exercise and 90% to do with the weight loss MINDSET.

If you want to know how to lose weight in a week or how to lose weight in a month, the process and the speed really doesn't change. Your MIND has to.

I have faith in every single one of you to make this happen but YOU need to believe it. Stop eating what you hate and treating exercise like a punishment but MOST of all, start to be mindful and understand how your emotional are affecting your thoughts are affecting your actions.

1) Find a Cardio Source you like
- Cardio should be a privilege, not a punishment. Find a cardio source that you can zone out to a podcast, show or album to as this will help you stay CONSISTENT and CONSISTENCY is legit the ONLY thing that matters.

2) Stop Labeling Foods
- Calorie deficit trumps all. Whatever is within that amount of calories for the day is up to you. Protein is super important but stop overthinking everything else. KETO is unnecessary and almost always causes a rebound so if you lost weight, you put it back on because it wasn't SUSTAINABLE. Eat what you like if you want to see results because without consistency, you're wasting your time.

3) Be Mindful
- understand how your emotions are affecting your thoughts and how your thoughts are affecting your actions. Are you stressed? Are you bored? Are you thinking "I'll get back on it tomorrow"? Dig deep because no one can understand YOU better than YOU.

4) Set Short Term Goals
- the single most important part of the weight loss mindset. No one can stay motivated forever so discipline is what you need. You may only have discipline when you CHOOSE to see your WHY behind your actions. In the moment decisions are all that matter. No joke.

5) Like Yourself ... play on your strengths.
- stop hating who you see in the mirror. You have talents and gifts to share with the world but the only way you will be able to is if you choose to LIKE you. Once you build a good reputation with you (keeping the promises you make to yourself) then and ONLY THEN will you find weight loss success.
