Buying Property in Spain - Steve & Mandy’s Journey.

Steve and Mandy are from East London, in their 50’s, been visiting the South East Coast of Spain for the past 20 years. Since 2016, they have been renting on Camposol and now have sold their house in the UK and are now renting in Camposol.

Episode 4 - Getting their Padron, getting ready with their paper work for their Residency, their new home, their car and what they are doing, keeping or buying a Spanish car and the letter box.

Over the coming weeks we follow them getting their new home ready for how they want it to look and seeing the villa in the next video.

I’ve lived in Spain for over four years, I’ve visited Spain for the past 30 years, well before Spain joined the EU. Mostly in and around Malaga but choose to live in Camposol, just outside the town of Mazarron Murcia, Costa Clida, South East of Spain.
