A lot of people are worried about facial hair and you know in the younger generations with the common problems of thyroid, disease, obesity, polycystic ovaries, many women are experiencing facial hair and they want to know some quick fix solutions for facial hair removal and waxing is one of them. Waxing is done with wax applied on them and nowadays waxing strops are also available. Waxing on the face , there is a two fold, so you have a lot of oil glands on the face, so whenever you remove the hair with waxing or threading, which removes the hair in one motion, the problem experienced ins the formation of rash or pimple after removal of hair. This is something my patients experience most of the time. Also people with sensitive or dry skin experience wax burns because of the removal of the superficial layer or the dermis of the skin, to get red marks which can be a brownish or a blackish marks. So for theses two reason I feel waxing on the face is a bad area. Waxing on the shoulders or the back is also a bad idea. It is best to get removed hair on the arms, legs and also the underarms. While removing the facial a hair, especially if it is thick laser is the best option.
