Gursharan Sandhu will be talking about the blood industry and how everyday goods have a sinister
backstory; how maximising profit takes a front seat, whereas basic human rights are neglected. She firmly believes that every atrocity in the developing world is an atrocity against humanity. Hence, Gursharan calls for a change to promote extensive discussions with the ones around us, yearning that we could adjust our lenses towards these industries. Gursharan is an AS student from India and a daughter of a farmer. Gursharan is very passionate about the developing world and the injustice and unfairness faced in these nations. Gursharan wants to empower the youth and the next generation, to make changes that improve the world. To break the barriers that harm our people, where life comes before profits.
