A driver parked at a TA and his truck kept shutting down because it needed to perform a regen because it kept shutting down the driver couldn’t build up enough heat to keep warm so he plugged in his heater and drained the battery’s to keep warm thru the night as soon as it became morning time he was able to get ahold of his dispatch to arrange a tow they contacted us to tow the unit to the dealer

Once we arrived we hooked up to the truck by the front axel we strapped it down ran air lines to the truck and the trailer dropped the drive line and placed the tag light at the rear of the trailer and safety chained the truck to the tow truck once that job was complete we had to pull him out of a tight parking spot and away we went to the dealer
