Ford Escape winch out

A driver on her way to work had slid off the roadway and had no choice but to leave the vehicle in the ditch and caught a ride to work she had called us out to pull her truck from the ditch and drop it off at the gas station we also had a car on the tow truck so we had to pull the Ford from the ditch and the bird drove it to the gas station and we locked the keys in the car per customers request
